Booking Fee, Late Appointment & LastMinute Cancellation
A non-refundable booking fee of $50 is required to secure your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost. Please ensure timely payment to confirm your reservation.
Review our Booking and Cancellation Policy for appointment scheduling and cancellation procedures. In the event of a last-minute cancellation (less than 24 hours notice), the $50 booking fee will be forfeited for late cancellations or no shows to compensate for the reserved time, and a new booking fee will be required for future appointments.
We strive to provide a punctual experience. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may need to cancel, reschedule, or adjust the service duration.
Refund and Exchange
All services, once rendered, are nonrefundable. We do not offer refunds for completed services, change of mind, or dissatisfaction with the outcome. This policy is in place to protect the time and expertise of our skilled professionals.
